TOFU MILLET POHE 

BENEFITS OF TOFU: 

Tofu contains several anti-inflammatory, antioxidant Phyto-chemicals making it a great addition to an anti-inflammatory diet. Tofu is also a good source of ‘complete’ protein – meaning that it has a well-balanced amino acid profile – in addition to fibre, potassium, magnesium, iron, copper and manganese.

BENEFITS OF MILLETS: 

     It is rich in minerals like calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and selenium as well as essential vitamins like folate, pantothenic acid, niacin, riboflavin, and Vitamins B6, C, E, and K. Many of the most powerful health benefits millet has to offer are related to its fiber content. 

INGREDIENTS: 

     Tofu, ginger garlic paste, pink salt, basil, millet flakes, rice flakes, arabiatta sauce, groundnuts, chilli powder, almonds, extra virgin olive oil, coriander. 

PROCEDURE: 

  •       Sauté tofu in ginger garlic paste, pink salt, basil, jeera. 
  •       Add drained millet flakes, rice flakes, arabiatta sauce, groundnuts, chilli powder and cook 
  •      Top it with roasted almonds (extra virgin olive oil) , coriander
