PANEER ALMOND BUTTER MASALA

  • Rich in vitamin E, calcium, magnesium and potassium.  
  •  Great source of protein, fibers and healthy fats, while having low amounts of sugar. 

INGREDIENTS: 

      Chopped paneer block, almond butter, pink salt, extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil, tomato, jeera, mustard seeds, green chillies,ginger garlic paste, organic masala powder, chopped onions, roasted almonds, chilli powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice(optional) 

PROCEDURE: 

  •       Roast chopped paneer separately 
  •       Add extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil to a pan and add jeera,  mustard seeds, green chillies, turmeric powder, chopped tomatoes and pink salt 
  •       Mash tomatoes and add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and cook until onions become golden in colour 
  •       Add almond butter, organic masala powder and stir for 1 min 
  •       Add roasted paneer and chilli powder and cook for 5 min 
  •       Transfer it to a bowl and top it with roasted almonds and lemon juice (optional) 

It’s good to have this dish with Roti.
