Creamy Carrot Beetroot Soup with coconut milk powder

Steamed carrots, beetroot, pink salt, ginger garlic paste, organic masala powder, coconut milk or coconut milk powder, fennel seed powder, coconut cream (thick coconut milk).



  • Blend steamed carrots and beetroots in a mixer jar.
  • Add the blended mixture to a pan and set it in a medium flame
  • Add pink salt, ginger garlic paste and organic masala
  • Add coconut milk powder and stir it without lumps
  • Add fennel seed powder and cook for 3 min
  • Serve it in a bowl and top it with coconut cream
